"An anthropologist proposed a game to the children of an African tribe.
He put a basket of fruits near a tree and told them that the children that came first would win all fruits.
When given the signal to run, all children held hands and ran together, then sat down together to enjoy the prize.
When asked why he had run well, if one could make all the fruits, they said :
UBUNTU, how one of us would be happy if everyone else is sad?
UBUNTU in Xhosa culture means: "I am because we are."
