The care of the environment must be implemented in all aspects of everyday life, being an activity that we, for example, incorporate in our own neighborhood.

First, it is important to form an environmental awareness among all the neighbors, to understand the importance of all activities related to environmental, considering also be offering their children a less hostile place to grow.

Algunos consejos a tener en cuenta

Recicla y enseña a reciclar a los demás. 

Determinen un garaje en desuso como deposito en el que los vecinos puedan llevar allí todos los cartones, botellas, vidrios y elementos reciclables que ya no sirvan, así luego pueden ser destinados a las plantas de tratamiento correspondientes.

Sean respetuosos con los horarios determinados por el gobierno para sacar los residuos de los hogares, para que no pase más tiempo del necesario en la vía pública, donde niños y animales pueden tener contacto.

Peguen carteles en los postes de luz donde se prohíba arrojar basura al piso, papeles, comida, colillas de cigarrillo, etc.. una excelente manera de enseñar a los más pequeños y recordarle a los más grandes cómo comportarse.

Alerta a tus vecinos sobre la importancia del ahorro energético, aliéntalos a prender las luces de la casa lo más tarde posible, a apagar todos aquellos artículos eléctricos que no se usen en el momento, a prescindir de las bombillas de filamento y optar por las de bajo consumo.

Si los niños del barrio asisten al mismo colegio una muy buena idea es organizar turnos en los que una familia se haga cargo de llevarlos en su coche por semana, así estarán compartiendo el mismo trayecto sin emitir los gases de varios vehículos a la atmósfera.
